Photograph: AP The Golden State Warriors participant Anthony Lamb has been accused of rape in a civil lawsuit filed towards the College of Vermont by three former college students, who allege that the varsity confirmed a “deliberate indifference” to “student-on-student harrassment and sexual assault.” Lamb is just not a defendant within the lawsuit. The Warriors launched a press release in regards to the state of affairs to SF Gate, a neighborhood newspaper, on Thursday:“Anthony is just not a defendant on this latest lawsuit and, to our information, he has by no means been charged with any wrongdoing in any authorized case. Previous to signing Anthony in September, we did our due diligence with the NBA and his prior groups, as we do with all gamers. If any new data involves gentle, we will definitely consider it and act accordingly.”
